HSE - using the right hand sanitisers and disinfectants in the workplace
Ensure your products are safe to use, protect the environment and do the job properly
April 2021
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has published guidance on using the correct sanitation materials at home and in the workplace, and on manufacturing such products.
The shortage of sanitisers and disinfectants has caused an influx of fake or inneffective products, which may also be harmful to humans and so it is essential you ensure the reliability of your suppliers and supply chains, whether your purchasing or manufacturing the products.
The HSE is also ramping up legislation to provide better protection to households and companies.
