LoCity is the publicly funded body helping businesses and institutions switch to lower emission vehicles, from major fleet owners to SMEs, they provide information, guidance, contacts and resources to help you evaluate cost-benefits and find the best suppliers and financing options.
They have two events which you may be interested in to help you stay informed and meet suppliers and experts:
19th September - CEME Conference Centre in Rainham
Free to attend showcase that will deliver keynotes on how to plan for a low-carbon future and transitioning towards a low-carbon business model with speakers from Transport for London (TfL), the Office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV), industry experts, all chaired by Andy Eastlake, Managing Director of LowCVP.
25th September - Oval Cricket Ground
LoCity Annual Conference will provide a great opportunity to meet and network with key operators in the fleet and commercial vehocle sector.
Free to attend event covering the latest transport strategy in the capital, as well as highlight some fantastic industry-led innovation and best practice urban logistics.
Deputy Mayor of London for Environment and Energy, Shirley Rodrigues, will open proceedings by presenting the actions and strong progress being made to clean up the capital’s air quality, while policy-makers and fleet operators will share their knowledge and experience in supporting industry’s move to ultra-low-emission delivery vehicles.
