A Business Improvement District (BID) was established in Rainham in March 2007 and ran for five successful years. In the BID’s first five year term it achieved the largest additional external income compared to all the other industrial BID’s in the UK.  The BID renewed by a successful ballot in 2012, for a further five year term.  There are now 300 businesses in the Business Improvement District – Rainham, making London Riverside BID the third largest industrial  BID nationwide.  

London Riverside BID has delivered significant enhancements to various areas within its priorities of safe clean and secure, and is committed to enhancing other areas within the BID
